New-Build Homes

We design individual new-build houses that balance architectural ambition with their landscape and local context. From early feasibility studies and site assessment to planning and detailed design, we can guide your project from the first idea through to construction.

House Extensions & Renovations

A carefully designed extension can completely change the way you experience your home. We look beyond simply adding floor area, considering natural light, views, circulation, materials and the relationship between existing and new spaces to create a home that feels coherent and beautifully resolved.

Planning & Architectural Services

Navigating the planning and construction process can be complex. As a RIBA Chartered architectural practice, we provide professional support throughout the project, including feasibility studies, concept design, planning applications, technical design, tendering and construction-stage services.

Contemporary Architecture Inspired by People and Place

Good residential architecture should be both beautiful and purposeful.

Our work is design-led, but every decision has a reason behind it. We consider proportion, daylight, views, materials, energy performance and the relationship between a building and its surroundings to create homes that are distinctive, comfortable and enduring.

For projects within the Cotswolds and other sensitive settings, this understanding of context becomes particularly important. Contemporary architecture does not need to compete with its surroundings; considered design can create a strong connection between a new home, its landscape and the character of its location.
